摘要
莱钢能源管理系统关键设备包括网络设备、服务器、数据采集站及各类客户端等,通过数据采集子环网、数据采集主干网和管理网进行连接,设计了数据采集层、支撑层、应用层、发布层等四层功能框架,主要采用能源预测、调度优化、无人值守、数据融合、工作流驱动等技术。该系统投用后,实现了能源实时监控、基础能源管理、能源预测与优化调度等功能,提高了煤气回收利用率和自发电量,全年自发电量增加约0.5亿kW·h,可产生经济效益约3 700万元。
The key equipment of energy management system in Lai Steel contained network equipment,server,data acquisition station and all kinds of clients are connected by data acquisition sub ring networks,data acquisition backbone network and management network. The system designs four-layer architecture including data acquisition layer,support layer,application layer and distribution layer,mainly adopts the energy forecasting,scheduling optimization,unattended operation,data fusion,the workflow etc. After the system put into use,the functions of the energy real-time monitoring,basic energy management,energy prediction and optimization scheduling etc. are realized,gas recovery efficiency and self-electricity generation are improved,for the whole year,self-electricity generation increased about 50 million kW·h,and economic benefits about 37 million yuan can be produced.
