甘蓝型油菜小孢子高出胚率的研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用中双11号、川2121、R6三种材料研究细胞周期、紫外线照射时间对甘蓝型油菜小孢子出胚率的影响。结果显示:三种材料在小孢子处于单核晚期,出胚率最高。材料川2121和中双11号在UV辐射180 s时达到LD50,R6在240 s时达到LD50。本研究可以提高小孢子的优良突变体的筛选效率,为小孢子培养规模化生产技术体系研究提供了参考依据。 Effect of cell cycle and UV irradiation time on the embryonic induction rate of Brassica Napus Microspores with three kinds of material Zhongshuang 11, Chuan 2121 and R6 were studied.The result showed that all the material obtained the highest rate of embryo in later mononuclear during the cell cycle.Chuan 2121 and Zhongshuang 11 obtained LD50 with UV irradiation in 180 s, R6 reached LD50 until 240 s.This study can increase screening efficiency for excellent microspores mutants and be a suggestion for large -scale culture of microspores.
