血瘀证与老年舌微循环障碍

Blood stasis syndrome and microscopic disorder in tongue

目的 应用祖国医学血瘀证学说 ,分析舌微循环障碍在舌痛症中的发病作用 ,并探索中西医结合治疗新途径。方法 对 40例老年舌循环障碍患者进行组织学、透射电镜、血液流变学和甲皱微循环检查 ,采用当归注射液为主的活血化瘀治疗。结果 受检患者血液粘度多项指标升高 ,微血管形态、结构异常 ,毛细血管出现内皮细胞肿胀、管腔狭窄等超微结构改变。结论 舌微循环障碍属血瘀证局部表现 ,对老年患者应警惕瘀血所致的心、脑血管疾病 ,中西医结合的活血化瘀疗法具良好疗效。

Objective To analyse the effect of microcirculation disorder in glossodynia,by using theory of blood stasis,and find a new conbined treatment.Methods 40 elderly cases with microcirculation disorder were studied by histopathology,TEM,hemorheology and treated by injection angelica for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Results Hyperviscosity of blood was found and swollen endotheliocytes and narrow vessels were observed in TSEM.Anormal stractures were appeared in microvessols.Conclusion Microcirculation disorder may be a cause of glossodynia.For elderly patients,cardiovascular and mental diseases should be considered.The conbined western and chinese medicine has good results.
