摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench中耦合器System Coupling作为FLUENT和ANSYS的数据交换平台,对自由装填药柱冷流冲击试验中的流固耦合现象进行数值仿真,具体分析了1 ms和1.91 ms时刻药柱的应力和位移分布。结果表明,药柱变形主要是受冷流气体正面冲击的影响,其最大位移随时间呈震荡变化;在药柱头部内孔壁面以及底部爪卡固定处产生了很大的应力和应变,易造成结构完整性破坏。
Using system coupling in ANSYS workbench as the data exchange platform for FLUENT and ANSYS analysis,the FSI in free filling SRM under cold-flow impact was simulated,stress field and displacement distribution of grain at 1 ms and1. 91 ms were specifically analyzed. The results show the grain deformation is mainly caused by forward cold-flow impact and it is oscillating with time;the maximum stress and strain occurs at top of inner wall and bottom edge of outer wall,which may result in failure of structural integrity.
