摘要 采用Fenton试剂氧化法,研究了硝化甘油/二缩三乙二醇二硝酸酯(NG/TEGDN)废水分解的影响因素,通过正交实验,确定了各工艺参数对处理效果的影响程度和初步实验数据;通过单因素实验,确定了最佳工艺参数。研究表明,H2O2浓度、pH值、反应时间、Fe^2+浓度、温度对处理效果的影响程度依次减弱;当H2O2浓度为0.30~0.35 mol/L、pH值为4~6、反应时间为50~80 min、Fe^2+浓度为20~30 mmol/L、温度为80~90℃时处理效果最佳,酯去除率可达98.2%,处理后废水中酯含量最低可达0.01%。 The wastewater of nitroglycerin /triethylene glycol dinitrate( NG /TEGDN) was treated by Fenton reagent oxidation method. The effect factors were investigated. The impact of different technological parameters and preliminary experimental data were confirmed by orthogonal experiment. In addition,the optimum technology parameters were determined by single factor experiment method. The results show that the effect of concentration of H2O2,the initial pH,reaction time,the concentration of Fe^2+,and temperature weakens successively. The optimum conditions were:H2O2concentration at 0. 30 ~ 0. 35 mol /L,pH at 4 ~ 6,reaction time at 50 ~ 80 min,Fe^2+concentration at 20 ~ 30 mol /L,and temperature at 80 ~ 90 ℃,and the maximum removal rate of mixed ester attains 98. 2%. The minimum ester content of the treated wastewater was 0. 01%.
