摘要
三维体空间中,经边缘检测得到的缺陷边缘通常大于1个体素,不能准确描述边缘的位置,导致无法实现体空间中缺陷最大直径、截面周长、表面积、体积等特征参数的精确测量。为此,通过比较分析固体发动机二维空间边缘检测单像素化方法,以适用的单像素化方法为基础,向三维空间拓展,提出一种基于Deutsch算法的固体发动机三维边缘检测单体素化方法。经实验验证,该方法单体素化结果准确,满足体空间缺陷特征参数精确测量的需求。
The defect edge obtained by the edge detection is usually greater than a voxel in the three-dimensional volume space,which cannot describe the position of the edge accurately. Therefore,it's difficult to accurately measure characteristic parameters such as maximum diameter,section perimeter,surface area and volume and so on. To this end,the single-pixel method of the two-dimensional edge detection in the solid motor was compared and expanded it towards three-dimensional space based on applicable single-pixel method. The single voxel method based on Deutsch algorithm was put forward to achieve the three- dimensional edge detection in the solid motor. The experiments prove that results of the single voxel method are accurate and meet the demand of accurate measurement of volume space defect characteristic parameters.
