摘要
为实现固体火箭发动机人工脱粘层根部脱粘的精确检测与修复,采用X射线照相和工业CT检测相结合的技术,检测脱粘缺陷三维位置和尺寸;应用配方调试技术,研制了适合的修复材料,并研发了高压活塞定量泵注装置,定向定量远距离大阻尼输送修复材料到缺陷位置,精确修复缺陷且保留原人工脱粘层结构。该技术已成功用于某型发动机前人工脱粘层根部脱粘的修复,通过了系列试验考核。
In order to realize exact testing and repairing of stress release boot,X-ray inspection technology combined with industrial CT testing was used to detect the dimensional size and location of debonding defection. The suitable materials were researched by formulation test technology. And quantifying bumping apparatus with high pressure piston was developed to directionally transport repairing materials to defect location remotely. It can exactly repair defect and reserve original structure of stress release boot root.The technology has been successfully used to repair the debonding of front stress release boot root of the solid rocket motor,and passed the assessment of series of test.
