方丝弓联合上颌斜面导板矫治下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ~1类错

The treatment of Angle class Ⅱ~1 malocclusion with the mandibular retrusion

目的 观察恒牙列早期下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合的治疗效果。方法 选取 16例处于恒牙列早期的下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ1错牙合患者 ,用方丝弓矫治器联合颌斜面导板对其矢状向、垂直向及横向不调进行治疗 ,治疗前后拍摄头颅定位侧位片进行测量并做统计学分析。结果 治疗后磨牙关系中性 ,前牙覆牙合覆盖正常 ,下颌后缩面型得到改善 ,头影测量的相关项目治疗前后有显著性差异。结论 下颌后缩型安氏Ⅱ1类错牙合在恒牙列早期治疗可以取得疗效。

Objective To evaluate the corrective effects of Angle class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion with the mandibular retrusion in early permanent dentition.Methods The sample consisted of 16 patients with Angle class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion and mandibular retrusion,and it was corrected with fixed edgewise appliance and maxillary inclined bite plate for treatment disharmony in sagittal,horizontal,vertical direction.Cephalometrics on X-ray films before treatment,after treatment were performed repeatedly by authors.Results After treatment,the molar relationship is neutral,and the overbite and overjet of the anterior teeth is normal.The facial profile was improved.The related subjects of the cephalometrics differs significantly before and after treatment.Conclusion Satisfied effects were obtained in the correction of Angle class Ⅱ 1 case in early permanent dentition.
