乳腺癌改良根治术后胸壁复发位置与预防照射靶区下界的研究 被引量：2

摘要 对于有放疗指征的乳腺癌患者行术后胸壁预防照射目前已成共识，早期乳腺癌临床试验协作组（EBCTCG）荟萃分析显示，行乳癌根治或改良根治术后放疗和未放疗组局部和区域淋巴结复发率分别为6．7％和19．6％。
