三维适形与容积调强弧形放疗计划在小细胞肺癌全脑照射中的剂量学研究 被引量:3

摘要 小细胞肺癌(SCLC)约占肺癌总体发病率的15%,其分化程度低,侵袭性强,易早期出现转移。脑转移常是SCLC治疗失败的主要原因。有文献报道,生存期超过2年的SCLC患者,发生脑转移的概率高达50%~80%。对放化疗后完全缓解的SCLC患者,行全脑预防性照射(PCI)可降低脑转移的发生率。
