摘要
探讨瞳孔再造术治疗角膜白斑的临床效果。方法17例（17只眼）角膜白斑患者行瞳孔再造术，患者角膜白斑直径为4-9 mm，视力均0．02以下，年龄30-78岁，机械性或化学性外伤致角膜白斑形成11例，角膜炎致角膜白斑形成6例。比较手术前后视力提高的程度，进行临床疗效观察。结果本研究结果中，术后视力0．5以上者3例（17．76％），0．1-0．5者13例（76．47％），0．01-0．1者1例（5．88％）。结论瞳孔再造术术后视力较术前明显提高。术后并发症少，手术方法简便，费用低，便于推广。
Objective To explore the efficacy of pupil recycling for the treatment of corneal leucoma .Methods Seventeen patients （17 eyes） with corneal leucoma received pupil reconstructive surgeries .The diameters of corneal leuco-ma were between 4 to 9 mm.Visual acuities were 0.02 or less, and ages between 30-78 years old.In 11 cases the corne-al leucoma were caused by mechanical or chemical trauma , and in other 6 cases caused by keratitis .We compared pre-and postoperative visual acuity .Results The visual acuity improved to 0.5 or better in 3 patients （17.76%）, between 0.1 -0.5 in 13 cases （76.47%）, and between 0.01 to 0.1 in 1 case （5.88%）.Conclusion Pupil reconstruction improved visual acuity significantly .The procedure takes short time with fewer complications , and is cost-effective .
