聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎近期疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of focused ultrasound's treatment for allergic rhinitis

目的观察聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法随机抽取常年性变应性鼻炎患者119例,鼻内镜下运用CZB型超声鼻炎治疗仪进行治疗,治疗部位分别是双侧下鼻甲、鼻中隔结节、鼻中隔前上部和鼻丘。按照2004年兰州会议《变应性鼻炎的治疗原则和推荐方案》,用积分法评定疗效。结果术后随访1年进行疗效评定,其中显效率91.60%(109/119),有效率6.72%(8/119),无效率1.68%(2/119),总有效率98.32%(107/119)。治疗后1 d、1周与治疗前评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月、1年与治疗前评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚焦超声治疗变应性鼻炎近期疗效显著。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of focused ultrasound on allergic rhinitis. METHODS 119 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were randomly selected and treated by CZB ultrasonic rhinitis therapeutic equipment under nasal endoscopy. The treated regions were respectively inferior turbinate, nasal septum nodule, the upper part of nasal septum and nasal ridge. The integral method was adopted to evaluate the curative effect in accordance with the ＂Treatment principles and recommended solutions of allergic rhinitis＂ on Lanzhou Conference in 2004. RESULTS All patients were followed for 1 year after surgery. And the effects were assessed. The significant curative effect accounted for 91.60% （109/119） , efficiency accounted for 6.72% （8/119） , inefficiency accounted for 1.68%（2/119）, and the total efficiency was 98.32% （107/119） . The scores of 1 day, 1 week after treatment were compared with that before treatment, and there was no statistically significant difference （P〉0.05） ; But when the score of 1 month after treatment was compared with that of 1 year, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05） . CONCLUSION The focused ultrasound has a significant curative effect on allergic rhinitis in a short-term.
