摘要
分析了纳米颗粒在水基础液中的团聚机理,指出颗粒团聚是由范德华作用能、双电层静电作用能、溶剂化膜作用能、聚合物吸附层空间排斥作用能等共同作用的结果。最后依据团聚机理及分散过程,提出了相应的分散措施。
Analyzed the agglomeration of nanoparticles in water based fluid mechanism, pointed out that agglomeration is the result of combined action of van der Waals interaction energy, electric double layer electrostatic interaction energy, interaction energy of solvation membrane, polymer adsorption layer rejecting interaction energy, etc.On the basis of the agglomeration mechanism and dispersion process, put forward the corresponding measures.
