等离子喷涂纳米Al_2O_3-8%TiO_2复合陶瓷涂层组织与性能研究

摘要 采用液相喷雾造粒+烧结的方法制备了适合等离子喷涂用的Al2O3-8%TiO2(质量分数)复合粉末,并利用等离子喷涂技术制备了具有纳米结构的复合陶瓷涂层。利用SEM、XRD、TEM和数字显微硬度计等对涂层的微观结构和力学性能进行了检测和分析。结果表明,所制备的涂层是完全熔化区和部分熔化区共存的双态分布结构,其显微硬度和断裂韧性都比较高;涂层的磨损体积损失量随施加载荷增大而增大。 Nanostructured Al2O3-8wt%TiO2 coatings were deposited by plasma spray leclmology with reconstituted powders, which were prepared by liquid-phase spray drying granulation and sintering process. The microstructure and properties were investigated and analysed via SEM,XRD,TEM and digital microhardness tester, etc. The results showed that nanostructured Al2O3-8wt%TiO2 composite ceramic coatings fabricated by plasma spraying were bimodal distribution structure with fully melted region and partially mehed region. Their microhardness and fracturetoughness property were relatively high; volume loss of coating increased with applied load increasing.
