摘要
镍基单晶高温合金具有优良的高温性能,其结构主要是由具有L12-Ni3Al有序金属间化合物结构的γ′析出相共格沉淀在具有FCC-Ni固溶体结构的γ基体上构成。镍基单晶高温合金中存在大量合金元素以及杂质元素,研究这些元素在相界的占位及其对相界性能的影响和元素之间的相互作用及其对相界的影响具有非常重要的意义。介绍了γ-Ni/γ′-Ni3Al相界的研究进展,分为合金化元素、杂质元素和晶格错配3个方面。
Ni-based single crystal superalloys has excellent high temperature properties, because their structuremainly composed of ordered L12-Ni3 Al structure of γ precipitate coherently precipitated in a solid solution of FCC-Niγ matrix structure. There are a lot of alloying elements and impurity elements in Ni-based single crystal superalloys, itis very important to research the site occupancy and its effect on the interracial properties & the interaction of theseelements and its effect on the interface. This paper summaried the research progress in γ-Niγ-Ni3 Al interface, divi-ded into three aspects including the alloying elements, impurity elements and lattice mismatch.
