摘要 以金属方片为基本单元,建立了多层频率选择表面吸波结构。通过等效电路法研究了该结构的电磁波传输特性,把计算结果与HFSS仿真结果进行对比,验证了该方法的有效性。在此基础上,讨论了不同介质参数对其传输特性的影响,结果表明:介质层数与吸收峰个数成正比;介质厚度以及介质相对介电常数的增加使吸收峰向低频方向移动。 A metallic square patch as unit cell of multilayer frequency selective surface absorber was estab-lished. And the transmissivity of electromagnetic waves was studied using the equivalent circuit method, the results are validated by comparison with HFSS. On this basis, the influence of different parameters on the transmission characteristics were discussed. The results show that dielectric layers are proportional to the number of absorption peaks; with the increase of the dielectric thickness and relative permittivity the absorption peaks shift to low frequency.
