六方YMnO3是一种集铁电性与反铁磁性于一体的多功能材料,具有广阔的应用前景。论述了A位和B位部分取代对YMnO3微观结构和电、磁性能的影响,并对其研究前景做出了展望。
Hexagonal YMnO3 is a muhifunctional material exhibiting both ferroelectric and antiferromagneticproperties, which has a wide range of applications. The effect of partial ion substitution in A-site and B-site on the mcrostructure, electric and magnetic property of YMnO3 are reviewed, and the research prospect is proposed.
