摘要
通过树脂和导电填料等的筛选,研制了一种以环氧树脂为基体树脂、以银包铜粉为导电填料的电磁屏蔽涂料。该涂料制备简单、使用方便、特别适合复杂形状表面的涂覆。同时,该涂料具有优异的电磁屏蔽性能和良好的耐腐蚀性能,可以满足金属基材用电磁屏蔽涂料的耐腐蚀要求。
A kind of novel electromagnetic shielding paint was developed using epoxy resin as matrix and silver-coated copper powder as filler. This paint had simple preparation, convenient use, especially suitable for complexshape surface. The paint not only has good electromagnetic shielding properties, but also has good anticorrosion pro-perty. The paint can meet the anti-corrosion of electromagnetic shielding paint used for metal substrates.
