磁电及多铁材料研究进展

摘要 近10年来具有磁电耦合特性的材料研究取得了令人瞩目的进展,对相关研究情况做一简要介绍,内容包括磁电相互作用的主要类型和机理,特别关注室温下具有良好磁电效应的潜在实用材料,对磁电及多铁材料在信息和节能技术的应用实例也进行了简要的讨论。 The last decade has witnessed a significant growth of research into materials with coupled magneticand electricproperties. The main types and mechanisms of magnetoelectric interactions are reviewed. Special attentionis given to potentially practical materials that display magnetoelectric properties at room temperature. Example applications of magnetoelectric materials and multiferroics in information and energy saving technologies are discussed.
