环氧丙烯酸酯微胶囊的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以双酚A型环氧丙烯酸树脂为芯材,合成了适用于树脂涂层材料体系、在低温或室温条件下可紫外光固化快速自修复的微胶囊。采用SEM、DLS、FTIR等手段对所得微胶囊进行了表征。结果表明:微胶囊的平均粒径在10μm左右,芯材含量高达87.9%,产率91.4%,且微胶囊表现出良好的封闭及热稳定特性。 The microcapsule which is suitable for resin coating material system and being UV-curable fast-healing at low temperature or room temperature was synthesized using bisphenol A type epoxy acrylic resin as core ma-terial. The microcapsule was characterized by SEM,DLS and FTIR. The results showed that, the average size of themicroeapsule was about 10μm, the amount of core material was high to 87. 9% and the yield was 91.4%, besides,good sealing and thermal stability was also exhibited.
