摘要 以N-月桂酰-L-谷氨酸钠为原料,掺加适量的茶皂素,制备出一种性能优良的水泥发泡剂母液,并添加十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、明胶和聚丙烯酰胺等不同的改性剂进行复配研究,通过正交实验探讨其对发泡剂母液发泡和稳泡性能的改性效果,最终确定的发泡剂复配方案为:N-月桂酰-L-谷氨酸钠的浓度为0.3%,茶皂素的浓度为0.05%,十二烷基硫酸钠的浓度为0.3%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠的浓度为0.2%,聚丙烯酰胺的浓度为0.01%,该发泡剂所制得的混凝土制品性能优于JG/T 266-2011《泡沫混凝土》的要求值。 A kind of excellent compound-cement foaming agent, which is treated as mother liquor, is prepared with N-lauroyl L-glutamic acid sodium and tea saponirr And the effects of foam ability and foam stability of the mother liquor with different modified additives are studied by orthogonal experiment. The results show that sodium dodecyl sulfate, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, gelatin and polyacrylamide can improve to varying extents the foa- ming performance of agent. A certain complex program was that the concentration of N-lauroyl L-glutamic acid sodium is 0. 3%, the concentration of tea saponin is 0. 05%, the concentration of sodium dodecyl sulfate is 0. 3%, the concentration of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate is 0. 2%, the concentration of polyacrylamide is 0. 01%, and the proper- ties of the obtained concrete products are superior to JG/T 266-2011 "foam concrete" requirements.
