Q235钢表面镀铝层的制备及其形貌特征的研究

摘要 以1070工业纯铝为阳极,置于AlCl3-NaCl-KCl三元无机熔盐中,150℃下经电镀处理,在Q235钢表面获得了完整、均匀的镀铝层,并就电镀参数对铝层形貌的影响进行了研究。SEM分析表明,在一定电镀时间下,随着电流密度的增大,膜层颗粒由粗大的树干状晶粒转变为不规则块状晶粒;当电流密度进一步增大时,膜层颗粒逐渐形成细小的球状晶粒。晶粒尺寸随着电流密度的增大而逐渐减小。一定电流密度下,随着电镀时间的延长,晶粒尺寸呈逐渐增大的趋势。晶粒长大过程中,相邻的晶粒相互连接起来,其界限逐渐变得不清晰,形成了体积较大的不规则板块状结构。 The electrodeposited aluminum coating on Q235 steel was obtained by electrodepositing in inorganicmolten salt of AlCl3-NaCbKCl with 1070 aluminum as anode at 150 ℃, and the effects of electrodepositing parameterson surface morphology of aluminum coating were studied. SEM analysis shows that, with increasing of current density, the trunk-shaped particles turn to irregular-shaped and then spherical-shaped particles gradually. The particle sizeis decreased with the increasing of current density. With the same current density, the volume of aluminum particlesincreased with the increasing of electrodepositing time density. In the process of particle growth, the adjacent particlesconnect with each other and form irregular-shaped plate structure.
