在线退火温度对TiNi合金组织和性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对试样微观组织及力学性能进行实验,研究了在线退火温度对TiNi合金丝材组织和性能的影响。实验表明,TiNi合金丝材经过(750-830℃)×2.3min在线退火处理后,丝材抗拉强度均大于960MPa,屈服强度均大于460MPa,延伸率均大于24.5%,断面收缩率均达到25%以上,830℃×2.3min在线退火处理后延伸率和断面收缩率最高,分别为54.5%和64.0%;说明经过830℃×2.3min在线退火处理后丝材塑性得到改善,达到最优。随着在线退火温度的升高,丝材的显微硬度逐渐降低。由微观组织可以看出,830℃×2.3min在线退火处理后丝材晶粒得到了细化。 The influence of online annealing treatment on microstructure and properties for TiNi alloy has beeninvestigated by the test of mechanical property. The results show that tensile strength of wires is greater than 960MPa, yield strength is greater than 460 MPa, extensibility is greater than 24. 5%, reduction of area is greater than25% after online annealing treatment of (750--830 ℃ ) × 2.3 min for TiNi alloy wire. The elongation rate & reductionof area of TiNi alloy wire are maximum by online annealing treatment of 830℃× 2.3 min, are 54. 5%& 64. 0%, re-spectively. The plasticity of TiNi alloy wire is improved to the excellent by online annealing treatment of 830 ℃ × 2. 3rain. With the increase of the online annealing temperature, microhardness wire decreased. The grain has been refinedafter 830℃ × 2.3 min online annealing treatment about microstructure.
