点阵CO_2激光及电离子治疗腋臭的疗效比较分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:评估点阵CO2激光及电离子治疗腋臭的临床疗效及安全性。方法:采用点阵CO2激光治疗78例患者,电离子治疗95例患者,治疗前、治疗3个月后使用腋臭评分法进行评分统计,比较其疗效及不良反应。结果:点阵CO2激光治疗的78例患者经1次治疗后有效率达71.79%,其中10例患者2次治疗后有效率达99%,主要不良反应有术后轻微疼痛、渗出及色素沉着,未见出血、感染及瘢痕;电离子治疗的95例患者1次治疗后有效率为77.89%,其中8例患者2次治疗后有效率为97.00%,主要不良反应有术后疼痛、少量出血、色素沉着及瘢痕,未见感染。结论:采用点阵CO2激光及电离子治疗腋臭均有显著疗效,但点阵CO2激光治疗腋臭具有安全有效、恢复时间短及副作用轻微等优势。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of lattice CO2 laser and High-fequency Electroionization in the treatment of axillary bromidrosis. Methods 78 patients were treated with lattice CO2 laser and 95 patients were treated with High-fequency Electro- ionization,applicating axillary bomidrosis scoring method grade axillary bromidrosis cases post and after treatment about 3 month,and compared these data. Results The effective rate of 156 patients in lattice CO2 laser therapy is 71.77%,and after 10 patient with second treatment the effective rate reached to 99%. Adverse reactions in lattice CO2 laser therapy were postoperative mild pain, wound exudate, pigmentation,no bleeding,infection and scar,while the effective rate of 95 patients in High-fequency Electro-ionization is 77.89%,and after 8 patient with second treatment the effective rate reached to 97% .Adverse reactions were postoperative pain,bleeding,pigmentationand scar,no infection. Conclusion Both lattice CO2 laser and High-fequency Electroionization are effective ways in treating axillary bromhidrosis and Lattice CO2 laser therapy is a useful and well-tolerated treatment for axillary bromidrosis,with less adverse reactions.
