个性化正颌手术矫正牙颌面畸形的临床研究

Clinical study on personalized orthognathic operation correction of Dento maxillofacial deformities

目的：为研究个性化正颌外科手术在矫正治疗牙颌面畸形中的效果及其临床应用价值。方法：选取我院2006～2012年收治的牙颌面畸形患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，进行对比治疗和观察。实验组患者采用个性化正颌外科手术矫正方案，而对照组则采用常规治疗方案，对比两组患者的治疗效果和满意度。结果：实验组患者术后复发率低于对照组，咀嚼效率、功能和美观都得到改善和提高，总治疗满意度比对照组明显要高，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：个性化正颌技术方案在牙颌面畸形的临床矫治中比常规方案的矫治效果更为理想，患者对疗效的满意度更高，其在临床应用中有重要价值。

Objective To study on effect of individualized orthognathic surgicaloperation in the treatment of teeth maxillofacial deformity and its clinical application. Methods Maxillofacial deformities were treated in our hospitalduring 2006-2012,were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,compared the treatment and observation.The experimental group were treated with individualized orthognathic surgery operationcorrection scheme, while the control group with conventional therapy,compared two groups of patients with treatment efficacy and satisfaction. Results The experimental group the recurrence rate was lower than the control group, the masticatory efficiency, function and appearance wereimproved,the total treatment satisfaction than the control group obviously higher,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Personalized orthognathic technique in the clinical treatment of dentofacial deformities than the conventional scheme of treatment effect is more ideal,patient satisfaction with the efficacy of more high, it has important value in clinical application.
