卡泊三醇软膏联合CO_2点阵激光治疗慢性肥厚性湿疹疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察并分析卡泊三醇软膏联合CO2点阵激光治疗慢性肥厚性湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法:将76例慢性肥厚性湿疹随机分为两组。治疗组:39例,给予皮损区CO2点阵激光治疗1次后,待痂皮完全脱落后外擦卡泊三醇软膏,2次/天,共2周;对照组:37例,单独外用卡泊三醇软膏,2次/天,共2周。结果:治疗组有效率82.05%,对照组有效率62.16%,治疗组复发率13.89%,对照组复发率30.37%,两组疗效比较具有统计学意义,治疗组疗效好于对照组,治疗组复发率低于对照组。结论:卡泊三醇软膏联合CO2点阵激光治疗慢性肥厚性湿疹疗效安全、有效,复发率相对较低,值得临床借鉴。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of calcipotriol ointment with CO2 laser in treating chronic thickening eczema. Methods 39 chronic thickening eczema patients as test group are treated with CO2 laser first and then give them calcipotriol ointment,once a day,for two weeks.37 chronic thickening eczema patients as control group are treated by only calcipotriol ointment,once a day,for two weeks, observed effect. Resluts Test group and control group have statistically significant difference in efficient and recurrence rate.The treatment group is more effective than the control group, The treatment group showed significantly lower recurrent rate than the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Calcipotriol ointment ointment with CO2 laser therapy chronic thickening eczema patients show safe and effective, the recurrence rate is relatively low, the patients compliance is relatively high.
