摘要 光动力疗法（Photodynamic therapy，PDT）的历史可以追溯到20世纪初，它是利用光敏剂与光结合发生光动力学反应，产生活性氧，特别是单态氧，造成靶组织的细胞凋亡和坏死，从而对疾病进行诊断和治疗的一种新技术。目前，该技术在皮肤科治疗领域应用广泛，
