摘要
针对数控切割下料行业中任意形状零件套排的优化问题,依据离散数学的扫描线算法,在套排过程中融入了数控切割下料的特殊工艺技术,并根据局部最优的原则不断地将零件进行动态套排,直至套排结束。实际计算结果表明,该算法实用性强、速度快、效率高,获得了满意的套排结果。
For the optimization of layout problem of parts for CNC cutting of steel plate,the scan algorithm of the layout was proposed based on the special technological skills,which combines the pre-layout and the layout.The main idea of the algorithm contains the special technological skills and continuously nested parts by a local optimal principle until finishing the layout.The experimental results show that the algorithm not only calculates quickly,but also can get a more satisfied layout results.
