摘要
三维激光切割是利用工业机器人灵活和快速的动作性能,根据切割加工工件尺寸的大小不同,可以选择将机器人进行正装或者倒装对不同产品、不同轨迹进行示教编程或离线编程,机器人的第六轴装载光纤激光切割头对不规则工件进行三维切割;光纤激光切割头上配备随动装置和光路传输装置,利用光纤将激光传输到切割头上,再利用聚焦系统进行聚焦,针对不同厚度的板材开发出多套聚焦系统对多种三维金属板材进行多方位的切割,满足生产的需求。
By using the flexible and fast operating performance of industrial robot,according to the different size of workpiece,the irregular workpiece can be cut by3 D laser cutting robot.The laser cutting head was mounted on the 6th axis of the robot.Based on the different products,different paths,the suit or flip robot was chose and the teaching programming or off-line programming was used.The fiber laser cutting head was equipped with a servo device and optical transmission device,laser was transferred to cutting heat by optical fiber,and then focalized by focusing system.For different thickness of metal plate,many focusing system were developed to apply to cutting three-dimensional metal plate,which meets the demand of the production.
