寻常性银屑病患者皮损组织中RORγt，IL-17，Foxp3和IL-10的检测

Detection of RORγt,IL-17,Foxp3 and IL-10 in the Lesions of Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

目的探讨寻常性银屑病患者皮损组织中辅助性T细胞17(T helper cell 17,Th17)转录因子RoRγt和细胞因子IL-17以及调节性T细胞(regulatory T cell,Treg)转录因子Foxp3和细胞因子IL-10的表达水平。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测50例寻常性银屑病(进行期)患者皮损、25例正常人皮肤(包皮)组织中:RORγt,IL-17,Foxp3和IL-10的水平。结果 RORγt,IL-17在寻常性银屑病患者皮损组织中的表达显著高于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Foxp3,IL-10在寻常性银屑病患者皮损组织中的表达显著低于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论寻常性银屑病患者皮损组织中RORγt,IL-17表达显著增高;Foxp3,IL-10表达显著降低。其局部组织中可能存在Th17/Treg细胞失衡,并在银屑病的发病过程中起着一定的作用。

Objective To detect the expressions of T helper cell 17 （Thl7） transcription factor RORγt, cytokine IL-17 and regulatory T cells （Treg） transcription factor Foxp3, cytokine IL-10 in the lesions of patients with psoria- sis vulgaris. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect the expressions of RORγt cyto- kine IL-17, Foxp3 and cytokine IL-IO in 50 cases lesions of patients with acute psoriasis vulgaris and 25 cases of normal skin （foreskin） organization. Results The expressions of RORγt and IL-17 in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantly higher than in normal skin tissue （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The expres- sions of Foxp3 and IL-IO in the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantly lower than the normal skin tissue （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the lesions of patients with psoriasis vulgaris ： the expres- sions of RORγt, IL-17 were significantly higher; the expressions of Foxp3, IL-IO were significantly lower. Th17 cells and Treg cells may be imbalanced in the lesions of the patients with psoriasis vulgaris.
