水疱型毛母质瘤1例

A Case of Bullous Pilomatricoma

患者男,14岁。左肩部红色结节半年、表面出现水疱样外观2个月。皮肤科情况:左肩部可见一2.5cm×2.0cm暗红色水疱,基底可触及数个米粒至黄豆大小的质硬结节。皮损组织病理示:真皮中下部由嗜碱性细胞、过渡细胞和影细胞构成边界清楚的肿瘤团块,肿瘤团块上部真皮浅层可见淋巴水肿及毛细血管增生、充血。诊断:水疱型毛母质瘤。术后伤口愈合良好,随访半年未见复发。

A 14-year-old boy presented with a red nodule on his shoulder for half a year and developed as bulla-like for two months. Physical examination showed a 2.5cm× 2.0cm bulla on his shoulder. A couple of firm military to soybean-sized nodules were palpated. Histopathological examination revealed well-circumscribed intradermal nests composed of basophilic, transitional and ghost cells. There were dilated lymphatic vessels, lymphoedema, capillary hyperplasia and congestion in the superficial dermis above the tumor. The diagnosis of bullous pilomatricoma was made. The surgical wound healed very well and no recurrence was noticed six-month later.
