氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗儿童激素依赖性皮炎34例临床观察

Effect of Butyl Flufenamate Ointment in the Treatment of Hormone-Dependent Dermatitis in Children

目的观察氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗儿童激素依赖性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法将入选的64例激素依赖性皮炎患儿随机分成两组例。治疗组(34例)每日外搽糠酸莫米松乳膏与氟芬那酸丁酯软膏各1次,待症状控制后逐渐改为单用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏(2次/d)。对照组(30例)每日外搽糠酸莫米松乳膏与维生素E润肤剂各1次,待症状控制后逐渐改为单用润肤剂(2次/d)。疗程均12周,疗程结束后评价疗效和安全性。结果治疗组及对照组的有效率分别为67.64%和26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者均未见严重不良反应。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏治疗儿童激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效显著,不良反应小,安全性高。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Butyl flufenamate ointment in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis in children. Methods Sixty-four patients were randomized to treatment group （ n = 34） and control group （ n = 30） ~ The treatment group received a combined therapy of butyl flufenamate ointment and mometasone furoate cream （once a day）, until gradually changed symptom control alone butyl flufenamic ointment （ twice a day）. The control group received a combined therapy of mometasone furoate cream and Vitamin E emollients （once a day）, until gradually changed symptom control alone Vitamin E emollients （twice a day）. Total treatment period consisted of 12 weeks. Effective rates and salty in two groups were evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment. Results A significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） was observed in effective rates between treatment （67. 64% ） and control group （26. 27% ）. No serious adverse events occurred for two groups. Conclusion A therapy of butyl flufenamate ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis in children.
