摘要
借助于红外光谱分析、扫描电镜和元素分析等表征手段,对通用级沥青炭纤维的不熔化过程进行了研究。探讨了不熔化工艺参数对通用级沥青炭纤维力学性能的影响,确定了通用级沥青炭纤维的最佳不熔化处理条件。
The stabilization process of pitch-based fibers was studied by infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy and elemental analysis. The effects of stabilization conditions (such as air flow rate, temperature, heating rate and soaking time) on the mechanical properties of general grade carbon fibers were investigated and the best conditions for stabilization process were determined.
