摘要
目的:比较在不同级别胚胎间人胰岛素样生长因子-Ⅱ( IGF-Ⅱ)表达的不同,旨在从分子水平完善卵泡和胚胎发育的形态学评分标准,挑选出发育潜力更高的优质胚胎,提高体外受精-胚胎移植( IVF-ET)的临床妊娠率。方法选取2013年2月~6月期间因单纯性输卵管阻塞行第一周期IVF-ET 患者31例,挑选正常受精的胚胎,收集其第3天移植后的胚胎培养液,ELISA法测其中IGF-Ⅱ的表达水平。结果不同级别胚胎间胚胎培养液中IGF-Ⅱ的分泌浓度:I级>Ⅱ级>Ⅲ级,且各组之间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅲ级与Ⅳ级间比较无统计学差异( P>0.05)。结论胚胎培养液中IGF-Ⅱ的定量检测有望在临床实践中成为选择胚胎的一个参数,作为辅助形态学评估选择胚胎移植,预测IVF的妊娠率。
Objective To compare the differences of IGF-Ⅱexpressions among the groups of the different grade procaryon and embryos .All of these are to find an easy ,no infringement and high precise method of embryo evaluation to improve the pregnancy rate of IVF . Methods Thirty-one cases of patients with simple tubal obstruction undergoing first treatment cycle of IVF -ET were enrolled.The embryo culture media after transplantation in the 3th day was selected ,IGF-Ⅱconcentrations were measured by ELISA assay .Results The IGF-Ⅱsecretion concentration of different levels of embryos in embryo culture media:Grade Ⅰ 〉GradeⅡ〉GradeⅢ 〉GradeⅣ,and the comparisons among groups were statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion The quantitative detection of IGF-Ⅱin embryo cultures is expected to become embryo selection parameters ,to enhance embryo implantation rate .
