自动全乳腺容积扫描与常规二维超声对诊断乳腺肿块良恶性价值的对比研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨超声自动全乳腺容积扫描( ABVS)与常规二维超声在乳腺肿块良恶性对比诊断中的应用价值。方法收集2012年5月~2013年8月行超声检查的乳腺肿块71例,分别用ABVS及常规二维超声的良恶性标准判断肿块的良恶性,并与手术病理结果进行对比统计分析。结果应用ABVS技术诊断乳腺肿块性质的特异性95%,敏感性85%,准确性90%.应用常规二维超声诊断乳腺肿块性质的特异性81%,敏感性82%,准确性81%.两者比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 ABVS与常规二维超声对乳腺肿块性质的诊断特意性、准确性具有统计学意义,敏感性无统计学意义。 Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic automated breast volume scanning ( ABVS ) and conwentional two-dimensional ultrasound applied to the differentiation of breast disease .Methods From May 2012 to Aug 2013,71 patients with breast lump were enrolled .ABVS and conwentional two-dimensional ultrasound were used to diagnose beingn and malignant properties ,and using the postoperative pathological results as golden standard .Results The specificity,sensitivity,and accuracy of ABVS for diagnosing malignant breast lesions was 95%,85%,90%,respectively.The specificity, sensitivity, and accuracy of conwentional two-dimensional ultrasound for diagnosing malignant breast lesions was 81%,82%,81%,respectively.They showed significant differences ( P〈0.05).Conclusion The specificity and the accuracy have statistical significance by ABVS and conwentional two -dimensional ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast masses ,but the sensitivity was no statistical .
