摘要
目的通过对成人正畸患者的心理健康状况进行研究,探讨心理健康对口腔生活质量的影响,为临床治疗提供参考。方法对我院接受正畸的成人进行问卷调查,内容包括患者个人的一般情况、口腔健康相关生活质量表(OHIP-14中文版)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)。数据处理采用SPSS20.0统计软件进行分析。结果①与全国性常模比较,成人正畸患者SAS评分有明显差异,具有统计学意义。②成人正畸患者OHIP量表中,除生理障碍和残障外,焦虑组的各项因子得分明显高于非焦虑组,具有统计学意义。结论成人正畸患者存在一定的心理问题,心理健康对口腔健康生活质量有一定影响。
Objective To study the mental health in the adult orthodontic patients .To explore the effect of mental health on the oral quality of life ,to provide the reference for the clinical treatment .Methods Adult orthodontic patients were asked to compelte a questionnaire , included the scale of general conditions , oral health impact profile （ OHIP）-14 and self-rating anxiety scale （ SAS） .Results were collated and analyzed using sofetware SPSS version 20.0. Results ①The scores of SAS were higer significantly in the adult orthodontic patients than the national norm .②Except physiological disorder and disabled ,most factor marks of OHIP-14 were higher significantly in anxiety group than the non anxiety group .Conlusions Most of adult patients have mental problems , mental health influences oral health-realted quality of life .
