摘要 目的观察星状神经节阻滞对原发性顽固失眠症的改善效果。方法原发性顽固失眠症患者55例,采用星状神经节阻滞治疗,同时原催眠药物继续服用,于治疗前和治疗后第2日采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及多导睡眠图评估主观与客观睡眠质量。结果治疗结束后6个月时评估治疗效果,痊愈、显效、差效、无效率依次为58.2%(32/55例)、23.6%(13/55例)、18.2%(10/55例)、0%(0/55例);治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数及多导睡眠图评估比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但未能达到催眠药物完全停服。结论星状神经节阻滞对顽固性失眠症具有一定的改善效果。 Objective To observe the improvement effects of stellate ganglion block on prima ry stubborn insomnia. Methods Fifty-five patients with primary stubborn insomnia were treated with stellate ganglion block and meanwhile continuously taken original hypnotic agents. The subjective and objective sleep qualities were assessed by Pittsburgh sleep quality index and Polysomnogram before and the 2nd day after the treatment. Results The cure, good, poor and ineffective rates were 58.2% (32/55 cases), 23.6% (13/55 cases), 18.2%(10/55 cases) and 0%(0/55 cases) respectively at 6 months after the treatment. There were significant differences in Pittsburgh sleep quality index and polysomnogram before and after the treatment (P(0.05) ; however, it could not wholly stop the use of hypnotic agents. Conclusion Stellate ganglion block can effectively improve the sleep quality in some patients with stubborn insomnia.
