摘要 儿童期神经病理性疼痛的病因包括创伤、癌症及化学药物治疗、遗传性的感觉功能障碍、神经病理性疾病和代谢性疾病等。儿童期神经病理性疼痛在临床表现和转归方面与成人相比有明显的差异。充分认识儿童期神经病理性疼痛病因和临床表现的特点，有利于更好地诊断和治疗儿童期神经病理性疼痛。 The etiology of neuropathic pain in children include traumatic injury, cancer and chemotherapy, inherited sensory nerve dysfunction, as well as neurological and metabolic diseases. There are significantly differences in clinical manifestations and outcomes between children and adults. The etiology and treatments of neuropathic pain in children should be fully understood in favor of better diagnosis and management.
