红蓝光交替照射联合药物治疗痤疮疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨欧美娜蓝光、红光治疗仪交替照射联合常规用药治疗痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法将入选的212例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。2组均采用克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂和过氧苯甲酰凝胶外用,共4周;治疗组联合蓝光(415±5)nm、红光(633±6)nm交替照射,每周2次,总疗程4周。结果治疗组和对照组的痊愈率分别为63.2%和39.6%;有效率分别为89.6%和71.7%。2组痊愈率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论欧美娜红蓝光对痤疮治疗安全有效,结合药物治疗,可提高治愈率和有效率,缩短疗程。
