皮肤CT在皮肤病学的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 基于光学共聚焦原理的皮肤三维计算机断层成像技术(皮肤CT)是近年来新兴的无创性皮肤影像学技术,具有原位、实时、动态等特点,主要应用于皮肤肿瘤、血管性皮肤病及银屑病等常见皮肤病的诊断及鉴别诊断。皮肤CT将光学显微镜技术、激光扫描技术和计算机图像处理技术结合在一起,从而保证可以在细胞生理状态下进行诊断,还可实时动态地对同一组织多次成像,减少了传统切片制作过程中人为因素的影响,在皮肤病学方面的应用越来越广泛,得到了临床医师的一致认可。
