2012年阿坝州医疗机构传染病疫情报告调查分析

Status of Reporting and Management of Notifiable Infectious Diseases in Medical Institutions in ABa Prefecture

目的了解阿坝州各级医疗机构传染病疫情报告管理工作现状,及时发现问题,并提出改进建议。方法 2012年采用多阶段抽样的方法对全州61家医疗机构进行调查。结果 61家医疗机构中传染病网络直报人员及设备都配备齐全的机构共18家,占29.51%。传染病网络报告率为70.02%,漏报率为23.07%;纸质卡片填写完整率46.69%,准确率86.45%,与网络录入一致率72.89%。结论 2012年阿坝州医疗机构传染病网络报告率低,传染病报告质量不高。

Objective To understand the status of the reporting and management of notifiable infectious diseases in the medical institutions in ABa, thus to discover the problem in time. Methods By multi - stage sampling method, 61 medical institutions were investigated. Results The total number of those with complete staff and equipments was 18, accounting for 29.51%. The reporting rate of infectious diseases was 70. 02% and the missing report rate was 23.07%. The complete and accurate rates of the paper cards were 46. 69% and 86. 45%, respectively. The coherence rate between network and paper cards was 72. 89%. Conclusion The reporting and management of infectious diseases in ABa is poor in quality.
