摘要
目的探索在少数民族地区全人群中开展艾滋病流行病学调查的组织与管理方式。方法四川省凉山彝族自治州艾滋病高流行区B县,对2个乡的全人群进行了体格检查、血清学检测、问卷调查等。结果全人群调查进展顺利,92.0%的人群接受了调查。得到了当地全人群艾滋病、梅毒、丙肝等疾病的感染率数据,加大了对发现的感染者的管理力度,有效控制传染源。结论开展此类调查应该做到周密的前期准备,大力开展群众动员,严格现场操作和质量控制,分阶段调查以实现全覆盖,对查出的疾病及时转介治疗。开展类似的调查还应针对当地实际情况采取相应的措施。
Objective To explore the organization and management of epidemiological census survey on HIV/ AIDS among minority area. Methods Physical examination, serological tests and questionnaires were conducted ＇among local people in two townships in Yi autonomous prefecture. Results A proportion of 92.0% of the population were surveyed. The prevalence of HIV, Syphilis and hepatitis C had been obtained. The management of PLWAs was strengthened. The infection sources were effectively controlled. Conclusion Afterwards, similar survey should take appropriate measures according to local conditions.
