城市社区老年居民健康管理服务需求定性评估——以成都市为例

Qualitative Assessmentof Health Management Service Demands Among Elderly Residents in Urban Community: Taking Chengdu as an Example

目的评估城市社区老年居民的健康管理服务需求,为进一步提高社区卫生服务中心老年人健康管理服务水平提供参考。方法选取成都市某两社区进行访谈,老年居民访谈采用专题小组讨论法,社区卫生服务中心人员访谈主要采用个人深入访谈法。结果社区老年居民患病以慢性病为主,对健康管理的需求较大,但健康管理服务仍存在宣传力度不够、服务人员服务水平低以及服务态度不佳等不足。结论社区卫生服务中心需加大老年健康管理服务的宣传力度,提高服务质量,加强与其他机构的沟通,对服务对象实施分类管理,加强工作人员培训,保证工作人员的稳定性。

Objective To assess health management service demands among elderly residents in urban community and thus to offer references for improving on the management level of the elderly health services in community health service centers. Methods Two communities were purposively selected for interview. Panel discussion was employed for interviewing the elderly residents and individual in - depth interview was adopted for interviewing the staff of community health service centers. Results Chronic diseases were the main diseases in the elderly residents and their demands for health management were quite great. However, health management service had shortcomings, including insufficient service service attitudes. Conclusion Community health health management services, improve the quality tions, implement classified management regarding propaganda, low level service centers need to of medical technology and improper strengthen the propaganda of elderly of service, strengthen the communication with other institudifferent service clients and intensify staff training to ensure the stability of the staff.
