摘要
目的评价荷叶左旋片对动物是否具有减肥作用。方法采用预防肥胖模型法将受试物(荷叶左旋片)设467(低)、1 400(中)、2 800(高)mg/Kg.BW 3个剂量组和空白对照组及模型对照组,每组12只雄性SD大鼠,空白对照组动物给予基础饲料和蒸馏水,模型对照组动物同时给予营养饲料和蒸馏水,各剂量组动物同时给予营养饲料和受试物,观察受试物对动物体重、体内脂肪重、脂体比、进食量及食物利用率的影响,评价其减肥作用。结果在动物肥胖模型建立成功的基础上,中、高剂量组动物的终重分别为(279.8±32.5)/g、(275.8±31.8)/g,总增重分别为(141.3±19.7)/g、(138.1±26.8)/g、总食物利用率分别为(25.36±3.46)%、(24.90±4.06)/%和体内脂肪重分别为(4.08±0.94)/g、(3.55±0.77)/g与模型对照组比较(310.5±20.5)/g、(166.8±18.7)/g、(29.48±3.30)%、(5.50±1.88)/g,降低均较显著,差异有统计学意义(F=3.498,P<0.05;F=3.580,P<0.05;F=3.269,P<0.05);高剂量组的脂体比(1.28±0.19)%明显低于模型对照组(1.77±0.59)%。而各剂量组的总进食量低于模型对照组不明显。结论在本试验条件下,荷叶左旋片对动物具有减肥作用。
Objective To examine the anti-obesity effect of Lotus Leaf combined L-Carnitine capsule(LLL)on SD rats.Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly and averagely divided into normal control group,obesity model group,and three LLL treated groups(low-dose group:467mg/kg bw;middle-dose group:1400mg/kg bw;high-dose group:2 800mg/kg bw,respectively).The normal control group was treated with basal feeding and administered with water by gavage;the model group was fed with high-nutritious diet and administered with water;three LLL treated groups were fed with high-nutritious diet and administered with corresponding dosage of drug by gavage;all treatment lasted for consecutive 30days.Several indexes were detected with respect of body weight,fat weight,fat index(the ratio of fat weight to body weight),food intake,and food utilization rate.Results Diet-obese models were induced successfully.Compared with model group,the final body weight(279.8±32.5 g,275.8±31.8g),weight gain(141.3±19.7g,138.1±26.8g),fat weight(4.08±0.94g,3.55 ±0.77g)and food utilization rates(25.36±3.46)%,(24.90±4.06)% of middle-dose and high-dose group was significantly lower(P&lt;0.05).Fat index of high-dose group(1.28±0.19)% was significantly lower compared with that of model group with(1.77±0.59)%(P&lt;0.05);while the total food intake of all LLL groups was not significantly different compared with model group.Conclusion Under this experimental condition,LLL displays an anti-obese effect on SD rats.
