摘要
阿尔茨海默病是一种退行性的神经疾患,目前需要姑息治疗与有效的照顾护理相结合,阿尔茨海默患者家庭照顾者不但要了解疾病相关知识、用药知识还要具有相关护理技巧、康复训练的技能以及自身心理调节的知识,因此需要相应的健康教育和培训来提高家庭照顾者的信息素养和健康素养。通过调研国内外阿尔茨海默病协会网站、家庭照顾者专门网站在健康教育和咨询方面的服务和功能,探析阿尔茨海默患者家庭照顾者网络信息服务现状,并对我国进一步完善网络信息服务提出建议。
Alzheimer’s disease（AD）is a retrogressive neurological disorder,and presently the available treatment mode is to combine palliative treatment and effective caring.Therefore,AD caregivers not only need to learn knowledge on the disease and medicine,but also to learn the relevant caring skills,which need improvements on both their information literacy and health literacy.Currently,the main way to improve the literacy is by health education and training.This paper aims to investigate the status of health education as well as counseling on AD association websites and family caregivers’ websites for AD,and thus to provide pertinent advices to better the network information service on the disease.
