2001-2011年高县人群碘营养水平调查

Iodine Nutrition Status in Residents of Gaoxian County,2001-2011

目的了解和掌握高县居民食用盐碘含量及人群碘营养状况,为消除碘缺乏病(IDD)提供科学依据。方法按照《四川省碘缺乏病监测实施方案》、《四川省碘盐监测实施方案》的要求进行监测。结果 2001-2011年共检测食盐3012件,合格碘盐食用率为99.54%,碘盐覆盖率为99.93%;儿童尿碘监测300件,尿碘中位数171.8μg/L;学生甲状腺肿大率<5%;健康教育测试率(≥60分)学生为76.3%,家庭主妇为78.3%。结论高县至2000年达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准后11年间不断完善消除碘缺乏病工作机制,进一步巩固防治成果,保持防治工作可持续发展。建议应加大健康教育的宣传,倡导人群膳食营养的合理搭配。

Objective To understand the status of iodine concentration in salt and iodine nutrition condition among residents in Gaoxian county,and thus to provide references for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders（ IDD）.Methods Monitoring data were collected based on official implementation plans and were statistically analyzed.Results Altogether 3,012 salt samples were detected,with a qualified rate of 99.54%;the coverage rate of iodized salt was 99.93%;300 samples of urinary iodine in children were detected with the median of 171.8ug/L.The goiter rate was below 5%;the test rates of health education in students and in housewives were respectively 76.3% and 78.2%,respectively.Conclusion The hygiene condition of iodine in Gaoxian county is qualified to the national standard and preventive measures should be timely carried out,such health education and advocacy towards key populations.
