2012年新疆察布查尔县儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率调查

EPI Vaccine Coverage in Qapqal Xibe Autonomous County in 2012

目的评估新疆察布查尔县2012年儿童免疫规划疫苗合格接种率。方法综合分析按照WHO推荐的＂按容量比例概率抽样法＂进行的接种率入户调查资料。结果调查450名儿童中,建卡儿童数447名,建卡率为99.33%;12月龄组儿童合格接种率为66.67%,漏种率为0.67%;1.5~3岁年龄组儿童合格接种率为45.33%,漏种率为0.67%;4~6岁年龄组儿童合格接种率为46.67%,漏种率为6.50%。结论全程免疫覆盖率为98.17%,但是合格接种率低。

Objective To evaluate the immunization coverage of Expanded Programme on Immunization（ EPI） vaccines in Qapqal Xibe autonomous county in 2012.Methods Comprehensive analysis was employed on data collected by the household interviews recommended by WHO,namely probability proportional to size sampling method.Results In the 450 surveyed,447 had immunization cards with a rate of 99.33%;qualified coverage of 12-month-old children was 66.67%;leakage rate was 0.67%.Qualified coverage rate of 1.5-3 year-age children was 45.33% and leakage the rate was 0.67%.Qualified coverage rate of 4-6 year-age children was 46.67%,with a leakage rate of 6.50%.Conclusion The full-course vaccination coverage rate is comparatively high,yet the eligible vaccination rate is relatively low,calling for further pertinent intervention measures.
