摘要
目的采用理论分析、计算机有限元分析和物理实验的方法对某复杂连接块温挤压成形技术进行研究,根据有限元分析结果设计出模具并成形该零件。方法通过调节不同的参数,对该零件的成形进行数值模拟。结果有限元分析结果表明,该零件在成形过程中等效应力应变分布不均匀,两端凸台位置较难充填。结论根据以上分析结果,在设计模具和实验的时候,提高成形温度及成形速率,优化润滑条件,降低了成形载荷,并在实验室现有的1000 t液压机上进行了物理实验。实验结果与数值模拟结果相吻合,为该零件的批量化生产提供了指导。
Objective To research the warm extrusion of a complex connection piece, using theoretical analysis, finite element analysis and physical experiments, and to design and make a mold according to the results of finite element analysis. Methods By adjusting the parameters, the finite element analysis of components forming was carried out. Results The results of finite element analysis showed that medium stress and strain distribution of the parts during forming were uneven, and it was difficult to fill the bosses. Conclusion According to the results, in the process of mold design and testing, mold- ing temperature and rate are improved, lubrication condition is optimized, the forming load is reduced, and physical experiments were carried out on the 1,000 t of hydraulic machines in the laboratory. The experimental results are in reasonable agreement with the numerical simulation results, which provides guidance for the mass production of the parts.
