肺癌患者住院费用影响因素分析——以四川省某三甲医院为例

Study on Factors Influencing Hospitalization Expenses of Lung Cancer in a Tertiary Hospital of Sichuan

目的了解肺癌患者住院费用构成情况和变化趋势,并探究住院费用的主要影响因素,为支付方式改革提供政策建议。方法从四川省某三甲医院信息系统中抽取2009-2011年全部肺癌住院病历,了解次均住院费用的水平和构成情况,应用多重线性回归模型探讨住院费用的影响因素。结果 2009-2011年例均住院费用年均增长率为6.65%,住院费用构成比药费超过40%,住院天数、是否手术为住院费用主要影响因素。结论费用上涨过快,应通过支付方式改革来控制医疗费用。

Objective To study the status and trend of hospitalization expense caused by lung cancer, to explore influence factors related to it and to provide policy advice for payment reform. Method The data of hospitalization expense were collected from hospital information system that had the exact diagnosis of lung cancer in one hospital of Siehuan, and described the total and components of hospitalization cost, multiple linear regression model was＇used to analyze the influence factors. Results From 2009 to 2011, the average hospitalization expense increased 6.65% per year, drug costs accounted for more than 40%, the hospitalized days and operation were the main influence factors of hospitalization expense. Conclusion The hospitalization expense raise fast, it is essential to reform the payment, so we can control the hospitalization expense.
