摘要
将LLC谐振半桥变换器应用于小功率通信电源,分析了该变换器的工作原理和设计方法;通过与传统谐振变换器进行比较,得出LLC谐振半桥变换器具有高效率、高可靠性、低EMI的特点;结合500 W通信电源样机,介绍了LLC谐振半桥变换器的工作波形、传导骚扰以及设计中遇到的几个实际问题与优化解决方法。
In this paper, the LLC half-bridge resonant converter is applied to small power communication power supply. The working principle of this converter is analysed and the design method of this converter is proposed. Comparing with the traditional resonant converter, it shows that LLC half-bridge resonant converter has the performance of high efficiency, high reliability and low EMI. The paper introduces the work waveform and EMI of 500 W communication power supply based on LLC half-bridge resonant converter, several practical problems and solutions as well.
